VerifyNum (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides disposable phone numbers for SMS verification via our mobile application (“App”). We respect your privacy and collect only the minimal information required to authenticate you through Google Sign-In.

2. Information We Collect

• Google Sign-In Data: basic profile information (name and email address).

3. How We Use Your Information

• Securely authenticating you via Google Sign-In.
• We do not request or access any additional device permissions (contacts, storage, location, etc.).

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• No third-party sharing: your data is not shared with any third parties except Google for authentication.
• Legal obligations: we disclose information only if required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Sign-In solely for user authentication. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to your Google account data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. While we use reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

Your Google profile information is retained only while your account is active. If you delete your account, all stored data is permanently erased within 24 hours, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 16 and reside in the EEA, please obtain parental consent before using the App. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Your Google Sign-In data may be processed in countries outside your own. We rely on Google’s standard safeguards for such transfers.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your Google profile information. To exercise these rights, please see the Account & Data Deletion section or contact us as described below. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

11. Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

1. Open the App.
2. Navigate to Settings → Delete My Account.
3. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Once confirmed, your Google UID, balance records, and temporary number history are erased within 24 hours and cannot be recovered. You may also email us at [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
